Your home will be advertised in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) after a listing agreement is made between you, the seller, and Weichert Realtors. Your home will then be aggressively advertised. It will be entered in the MLS and the focus of several Weichert marketing tools e.g. the Weichert Caravan, holding public Open House, the Weichert Relocation, internet, referrals, SMARTSell, and/or OSSII. As the listing agent, she may make practical recommendations to increase the salability of your home. She will seek and find the buyer who is truly ready, willing, and able.

The fundamental end process is to facilitate the legal closing the sale of your home. She will bring to you all offers and upon your selection, process the chosen offer and negotiate it to your satisfaction. Before the closing, she will assist you in your relocating needs. She will remain with you throughout the closing process and coordinate with all parties until completion of the closing process. She can represent you on most closing matters to include negotiation, agreements, commit-ments, and settlements.
