Golfers enjoyed 18 rounds of golf at the Colt's Neck Golf Course
on a beautiful summer day. The evening events included a great
summer dinner buffet and relaxing time on the terraces overlooking
the golf course.
Mr. John Darlington won the farthest putting
drive. Bill Stewart, Rehab Works, won the 50/50 and donated
the winnings back to GSS. Prizes and other drawings ended the
festivities in the evening.
"We appreciate the support of the Golfers
and other attendees in this endeavor. All the monies after expenses
will provide funding for senior informational sessions. These
sessions will be provided at no cost for all seniors and their
families throughout the next year, " said Laurie Loughney,
President of Gateway Senior Services Association.
Special thanks to Gateway Senior Service Association
members Damien Sylvia and Robert Goldzman, Co-Chairmen, Dana
Perkins, Reservation Coordinator of the Golf Benefit Event.
The golf benefit was the first fundraiser for
the Gateway Senior Services Association. Please contact Dana
