Elder Life Management, Inc. (ELM) was established in 1987 to assist elderly individuals, families and others in the community with issues of elder care management and planning. ELM is a private, nonprofit agency.

Elder Life Management services include:

· Consultation and planning
· Management of personal affairs and finances
· Medicaid applications
· Counseling services, accepting Medicare Assignment
· Crisis intervention
· Programs for long term care professionals and the public
